Venom Prison präsentieren uns ihren neuen Song „Pain Of Oizys“

Anfang nächsten Jahres erwartet uns mit „Erebos“ das neue Album von Venom Prison. Eine Single daraus gab’s bereits zu hören und nun steht auch schon der nächste Track bereit.

Die Truppe beehrt uns mit dem Stück „Pain Of Oizys“, der obendrein mit einem passenden Musik-Video daherkommt. Der Output steht in Gänze nachfolgend für euch bereit.

Gitarrist Ben Thomas kommentierte das neue Stück wie folgt:

„“If you think you know Venom Prison by now, you don’t. The second offering by Venom Prison is a cold room with a dusty piano. It’s a softly sung war hymn with finger-picked guitar. It’s a ship in calm seas watching for the storm on the Horizon. Pain Of Oizys will lull you into a false sense of security. Unique to Venom Prison’s previous releases the instrumentation is not what you’d expect. Glassy reverberated guitars and cold piano notes lay the foundation for clean sung harmonies. Pain Of Oizys climaxes with synthy leads, strings and aggressive vocal chants. Leaving them feeling empowered with the lyrical conclusion whilst the intensity of the song winds down.“

Nach „Judges Of The Underworld“ stellt „Pain Of Oizys“ den zweiten Appetizer auf das neue Album dar. „Erebos“ erscheint am 04. Februar 2022 via Century Media Records.

Zuletzt brachten Venom Prison vergangenes Jahr ihre Scheibe „Primeval“ auf den Markt. Die Platte enthält Songs der beiden bereits zuvor veröffentlichten EPs „Primal Chaos“ und „Defy The Tyrant“ sowie zwei weitere Tracks.
