The Wonder Years bringen am 14. Februar 2020 ihr neues Album „Burst & Decay (Volume II)“ auf den Markt. Damit wir uns schon mal auf die romantischen Valentinstags-Klänge einstellen können, präsentiert uns die Kombo ihren Track „We Look Like Lightning“ als Akustik-Version.

Das Original stammt vom letzten Album „Sister Cities“ aus dem Jahr 2018. Die bevorstehende Platte „Burst & Decay (Volume II)“ markiert das nunmehr siebte Studioalbum von The Wonder Years.

Ihr Debütalbum „Get Stoked on It!“ brachte die Band um Frontmann Dan „Soupy“ Campbell 2007 auf den Markt.

Burst & Decay (Volume II) is coming out on February 14th. We Look Like Lightning (featuring Alex from @shortlymi and @littlekruta string quartet) is available everywhere today. We have a limited edition Loneliest Place on Earth vinyl variant available now along with some other related items on our webstore right now.⁣⁣ ⁣ Burst and Decay (Volume II) was recorded at @thelumberyardrecording with Ace Enders and Nik Bruzzese. It's not much of a secret but if you haven't been incredibly tuned in, we're just finishing up in the studio working hard on Burst & Decay (Volume II). There will be more on that in the coming weeks but today, we're here to tell you that we'll be back on the road this February and March doing very special shows, performing two sets every night. There will be acoustic sets to celebrate the new EP and, because we just can't help ourselves, electric sets spanning our catalog. We'll be taking @freethrowemo, @spanishlovesongs and @poolkidsfl with us on these which is a veritable Murders' Row of amazing bands that we’re looking forward to ripping with every night. Tickets are on sale this Friday, November 22 at 10am. Sun-Drenched Pavement Society Pre-Sale starts today at 12pm EST. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Also, we are proud to be working with HeadCount.org on this tour to encourage voter registration and provide information on local & national elections. Volunteers will be at most shows with ability to register anyone who would like to participate. You'll be able to find them in or near band merchandise areas.
