Ende 2018 brachten Sick Of It All ihr aktuelles Studioalbum „Wake The Sleeping Dragon!“ auf den Markt. Darauf zu finden ist ein Song namens „Bull’s Anthem“, der mit Gastauftritten von Rise Against-Frontmann Tim McIllrath und Hot Water Music-Sänger Chuck Ragan daherkommt.

Zum Song liefert die Kombo nun ein passendes Musik-Video mit Quarantäne-Clips ihrer Fans nach. Den neusten Output kommentierten sie wie folgt:
