Death Tour brachten zuletzt 2019 ihr Album „Blood Pact“ auf den Markt; nun lieferte das Duo zum Wochenende endlich Nachschub und beehrte uns mit ihrer EP „D*E*S*T*R*O*Y“.

Die Scheibe erschien erstmals über 333 WRECKORDS CREW, dem Label von Fever 333-Frontmann Jason Butler. Fünf Stücke sind darauf enthalten, die sich wie folgt lesen:

4. KNIFE
5. Heart Attack
Eine Besonderheit: In Summe umfassen diese fünf Tracks eine Spielzeit von nicht mal 10 Minuten. Wild – und genauso ist auch der Sound des Duos. Ihr könnt euch den Output nachfolgend in Gänze anhören.

Die Veröffentlichung und den Sound ihres neuen Outputs kommentierte die Truppe übrigens wie folgt:
„A few words on D*E*S*T*R*O*Y (yes it’s irritating to type, no we will not change it). We’re excited to present our new EP: D*E*S*T*R*O*Y. Some thoughts on the sound, and the overall spiritual journey behind this cathartic release…..We think, respectfully, it sounds like the soundtrack to a movie where Dr. Patent FUCKING Leather P.H.D. and Miss Pure FUCKING Diesel Gasoline, WEED And Adrenaline Jr. meet at a drag bar during the apocalypse.
They lock eyes. They fuck in the nearest bathroom stall. They skip their fucking bill cuz there’s no fucking system left to speak of—only the heat of moment and the chill of the FRIGID NIGHT on one’s damp skin. Hordes of disgusting zombie ass, swamps and Las Vegas. Then in the end, they mash ass down any highway that will have them for the rest of eternity. That’s what this EP sounds like and that’s precisely why people should check it out.“

Wir sind gespannt, was Death Tour uns in Zukunft noch so seriveren. Beim Album „Blood Pact“ handelt es sich um den ersten und bislang einzigen Full-Length-Player der Band.
