Vexes veröffentlichen den letzten Song vor Release des neuen Doppelalbums

Unser Admin sorgt dafür, dass alles funktioniert. Manchmal funktioniert es nicht, dann ist zwar er schuld. Aber dann repariert er es und wir haben ihn alle wieder lieb.
Für den kommenden Freitag haben sich Vexes so einiges vorgenomen. An genau diesem Tag erscheint nämlich mit „Imagine What We Could Destroy /// If Only Given Time“ das neue Doppelalbum der Band mit einer ganzen Bandbreite an Tracks, von denen wir glücklicherweise bisher nur einen Bruchteil kennen.
So klingt der neue Vexes-Song „Energy Vampire(s)“
Nichtsdestotrotz gibt es jetzt kurz vor Release noch einmal einen frischen Song namens „Energy Vampire(s)“ auf die Lauscher.
Gitarrist John Klagholz hatte dazu folgende Worte auf Lager:
“‘Energy Vampire(s)‘ is a song that’s kind of written from the perspective of someone that has devolved into a complete state of self-pity and self-loathing, examples of which we see unfortunately on a daily basis in the world of online interactions and social media. Most people have become desensitized to these feelings because of their widespread prevalence and because of that, often times we’re acting purely as ‘voyeurs’ and we miss the real message behind the words and the cry for help that is contained within.”
