Nine Inch Nails: Neues Album ist bereits in Planung

Die Nine Inch Nails-Mitglieder Trent Reznor und Atticus Ross steuern aktuell den Soundtrack zur neuen HBO-Serie „Watchmen“ bei. Während uns nach der ersten LP noch zwei weitere am 25. November sowie am 16. Dezember erwarten werden, planen die Mitglieder jedoch schon weiter.

Nine Inch Nails planen neues Album

Wie Reznor kürzlich in einem Interview mit dem Rolling Stone verriet, arbeite man nach der Musik zu „Watchmen“ noch an einem Pixar-Film namens „Soul“. Anschließend wolle man dann auch neues Material von NIN angehen.

„Right now, we are finishing up Watchmen, and we’re working on the Pixar film that we are doing. And we have plans for Nine Inch Nails stuff, but we haven’t got down to doing it because literally every minute of the day for the last several months has working on score stuff. But the plan is to do stuff, yes.“

Pläne sind immerhin besser als nichts.

Zuletzt brachte die Band 2018 ihr nunmehr neuntes Studioalbum „Bad Witch“ auf den Markt. Das Debütalbum „Pretty Hate Machine“ erschien anno 1989.
