Fronzak sieht Plagiatsvorwurf gelassen *Update*

Es hat nicht lange gedauert, bis auch ATTILA und allen voran Frontmann Chris Fronzak Wind von den Anschuldigungen der aktuell inaktiven WAR FROM A HARLOTS MOUTH bekamen – die Geschichte verbreitete sich ja schließlich auch wie ein Lauffeuer. Gelassen wie immer kommentierte „Fronz“ das Geschehen aber lediglich wie folgt:

Nun gut, wirklich überraschen tut uns diese Reaktion eher nicht, das kennt man ja schließlich von Fronzak. WAR FROM A HARLOTS MOUTH schießen derzeit aber hinterher:

“For dummies: The issue is not that this caricature of a band called ATTILA used a machine gun sample somewhere in a song. A million bands have done that before and after us – Into the Moat for example, which we love!

The issue is that we took a machine gun sample, chopped it up and puzzled it back together in a specific rhythmic pattern, to play along with the instrumentals – which they ripped off pretty much entirely.

Didn’t think I had to explain the obvious, but since we’re talking about a lazy ass, single-digit IQ band here, it probably comes with the territory.”

Beef-Alarm: Wie nun die bereits länger inaktive, deutsche Band WAR FROM A HARLOTS MOUTH behauptet, hätten sich ATTILA, die zuletzt ihr neues Album „Chaos“ veröffentlicht haben, schamlos an einem ihrer Songs bedient.

Konkret geht es hierbei um den Song „Obsession“, den WAR FROM A HARLOTS MOUTH als Plagiat ihres Tracks „If You Want To Blame Us For Something Wrong, Please Abuse This Song“ bezeichnen und dabei keine netten Worte für ATTILA übrig haben:

„In other news: The undoubtedly most mentally challenged band on planet earth, ATTILA, blatantly ripped us off. Not that I’m surprised that these imbeciles can’t write music of their own, but unfortunately for them, they picked one of our most widely known songs: ‚If You Want to Blame Us…‘ Losers.“
