Die Metalcore Band Catch Your Breath wurde 2017 von Josh Mowery, Teddy Herrera, Cianan Madigan und Onell Hernandez gegründet. Die Band aus Texas veröffentlichte im selben Jahre ihre erste Single „Burn“. Es dauerte jedoch weitere fünf Jahre bis Catch Your Breath mit den Singles „Shame on Me“ und „Dial Tone“ der Durchbruch gelang. Im Jahr 2023 wurde auch das Debütalbum „Shame on Me“ veröffentlicht.
