Portrayal Of Guilt lassen ihren neuen Track „A Tempting Pain“ vom Stapel

Anfang nächsten Jahres bringen Portrayal Of Guilt ihr neues Album „We Are Always Alone“ auf den Markt. Die Scheibe wird erstmals über das neue Label Closed Casket Activities erscheinen. Zwei Singles gab es mit „It’s Already Over“ und „Masochistic Oath“ gab es bereits zwei Singles auf die Lauscher; nun folgte der dritte Appetizer auf den neuen Longplayer.

„We Are Always Alone“ erscheint am 29. Januar 2021. Sänger Matt King kommentiert den neuen Longplayer mit folgenden Worten:

„Living a life filled with constant mental agony, while experiencing the reality we’re all currently living in can seem unrealistic at times. There’s no reason to even attempt to sugarcoat it, because without this acceptance, I feel it would be much harder to get through. The light at the end of the tunnel may seem too far away to be real, but it surely exists. I find myself having to get through these tragic times alone and I feel as though many can relate, as some aren’t as fortunate as others when it comes to being surrounded by friends or family during hard times such as these. This is reality, as aimless as it may seem.“

Beim bevorstehenden Album handelt es sich um das zweite Studioalbum von Portrayal Of Guilt. Ihr Debüt „Let Pain Be Your Guide“ brachten sie 2018 und damit ein Jahr nach Bandgründung 2017 auf den Markt. Das erste Werk erschien über Holy Roar Records.
