O’Brother veröffentlichen ihren neuen Song „Killing Spree“

O’Brother haben zuletzt 2016 ihr aktuelles Studioalbum „Endless Light“ auf den Markt gebracht. Nun hat die Alternative Rock-Band aus Atlanta, Georgia einen neuen Longplayer namens „You And I“ in der Pipeline.

Zwar gibt es noch keine allzu konkreten Infos dazu, doch eine erste Single daraus bekommen wir schon mal zu hören.

Der Track nennt sich „Killing Spree“ und steht via Bandcamp zum Download für pay-what-you-can bereit.

„…’Killing Spree‘ wasn’t our initial choice for a first release, we had originally opted for a song with a more immediate approach, but we feel this is the most relevant choice considering current world events. Life rarely happens according to plan and the spirit of “Killing Spree” is in keeping with that.

We truly hope this song brings you some level of calm amidst the chaos. ‘You and I’ will be our first independent full-length release and we couldn’t have pulled this off without the help of our friends. We’ve made this song pay-what-you-can on Bandcamp, even if that is nothing. We only ask that you help us spread the word. The song will be streaming on all platforms and more information on pre-orders will be coming soon.

This song was produced by Hull Andy and Robert Charles McDowell, Engineered and Mixed by TJ Elias, Mastered by Dan Millice, with additional engineering by Jamie Martens and additional keys by Rob Hardie. Die aktuelle Scheibe „Endless Light“ erschien 2016. Zuvor brachten sie weiterhie Full-Length-Platten „Disillusion“ (2013) und „Garden Widow“ (2011) auf den Markt.
