Jesse Leach von Killswitch Engage liefert Kostprobe seines Hardcore-Projekts

Wie wir euch schon im vergangenen März berichtet haben, hat Killswitch Engage-Frontmann Jesse Leach neben Times of Grace auch noch ein weiteres Projekt in petto. Es handelt sich hierbei um die völlig neue Hardcore-Kombo „The Weapon“. Selbige war bisher als Garagen-Projekt ohne geplante Shows oder dergleichen gedacht. Anscheinend wird das Ganze aber nun doch größer aufgezogen, als bisher angenommen.

Auf Instagram teilte Leach nun eine erste Kostprobe der Band, die bald zwei erste Songs veröffentlichen will. Der 39-jährige geht mittlerweile sogar davon aus, dass man irgendwann auch ein paar Shows spielen werde. Wir sind gespannt, was Jesse Leach demnächst noch ins Netz stellt.

Sowohl mit Killswitch Engage als auch Times of Grace will er dieses Jahr aber definitiv neue Alben auf den Markt bringen. Wir hoffen also, dass er sich erst einmal darauf konzentrieren wird, auch wenn wir schon irgendwie Bock auf „The Weapon“ haben.
