Jinjer kündigen ihr neues Studioalbum „Macro“ an

Anfang diesen Jahres veröffentlichten Jinjer ihre EP „Micro“, nun steht der große Bruder in den Startlöchern. Die Band aus der Ukraine kündigt ihr brandneues Studioalbum „Macro“ an.

Dieses erscheint am 25. Oktober via Napalm Records. Außerdem präsentieren sie mit „Judgement (& Punishment)“ eine erste Single-Auskopplung aus der bevorstehenden LP.

Die Band veröffentlichte zur Ankündigung des neuen Albums folgendes Statement:

„Going from small things to bigger ones is the natural order of things, and we’ve paved a path from ‘Micro‘ to ‘Macro‘, carrying the weight of feelings, emotions and experience. This is a monumental point in the story of Jinjer, the quintessence of what makes us what we are now as the people and as a band. We are proud of every single note sung and played on ‘Macro‘ and can’t wait for you to give it a listen!“

Die bevorstehende Platte markiert das nunmehr vierte Studioalbum der Band um Sängerin Tatiana Shmailyuk. Das Debütwerk „Inhale, Don’t Breathe“ erschien 2013 rund vier Jahre nach Bandgründung.

Ende des Jahres sind Jinjer dann zusammen mit The Agonist hierzulande bei insgesamt acht Headliner-Shows live zu sehen.
