Iron Maiden: Ein neues Doppel-Livealbum ist auf dem Weg

Auch Iron Maiden gehören zu den Bands, die dieses Jahr nicht wie geplant ihre Live-Shows durchziehen konnten. Auch wenn die Termine schon für 2021 neu datiert werden konnten, lassen uns die Mannen für dieses Jahr trotzdem nicht im Stich.

Iron Maiden bringen im November ein neues Doppel-Livealbum auf den Markt

Im November gibt es nämlich ein Doppel-Livealbum auf die Lauscher. Am 20. November 2020 bringen die Mannen ihre Live-LP „Nights Of The Dead, Legacy Of The Beast: Live In Mexico City“ mit 17 Tracks an den Start.

Die Aufnahmen stammen von den drei Shows in Mexiko City vergangenes Jahr. Dort macht die Kombo mit ihrer „Legacy Of The Beast“ Welttournee Halt. Die Tracklist liest sich wie folgt:

We’d been really looking forward to bringing the show to even more countries and although we’ve been able to reschedule most of our European own-shows for 2021, we thought we’d take a listen to the recordings from the tour so far and see if we could create a definitive live album souvenir that everyone, everywhere could enjoy. I’m very pleased with the results, especially as this set list includes songs which have never made it to a live CD before, such as For The Greater Good Of God, and other older songs like Where Eagles Dare, Flight Of Icarus, The Clansman and Sign Of The Cross which haven’t been included in our live set releases for many years. Wem Iron Maiden auf Platte nicht reichen, der darf sich dann 2021 auch wieder auf Shows live und in 3D freuen (so Corona will). Dann kommen sie nämlich mit dem letzten Teil ihrer „Legacy Of The Beast“ Tour zu uns nach Europa.
