Seit Ende letzten Jahres haben uns Currents zwei neue Singles um die Lauscher gehauen, bislang allerdings noch ohne Infos zu einem neuen Album. Das ändert sich nun.

We are proud to announce that our new record ‘The Way it Ends’ will be released worldwide on June 5th via Sharptone Records. Head to the link in our bio to find our new music video for ‘A Flag to Wave’ and various pre-order packages on the Sharptone Records store (we will be releasing our own pre-order packages next week). A Flag to Wave is about the search for identity and purpose. This song goes out to anyone looking for meaning in their lives and to those who have already found it. Over the last 4 years, we have traveled the world trying to make a name for ourselves; playing shows with some of our favorite bands and touring all over the United States, Europe, the UK and parts of Canada. We’ve been met with various hardships along the way, but have also been met with unprecedented kindness, support & friendship that we will cherish and appreciate for the rest of our lives. There are no plans of stopping and with our new record, we plan to hit the world harder than ever. This video contains footage from our 2019 tour with Northlane and our 2020 tour with Silent Planet; shot by Chris Klumpp and Sarah Holick respectively – then edited together by Burke Cullinane of King Wolf Creative. We are proud to share this song & video with you and give you a glimpse our our lives for the last year. We miss these shows with all our heart and hope to see you all again soon. 🖤🌙

Die Kombo um Frontmann Brian Wille kündigte hochoffiziell ihren neuen Longplayer an. Der hört auf den Namen „The Way It Ends“ und erscheint am 05. Juni via SharpTone Records.

Zur Feier des Tages bekommen wir außerdem mit „A Flag To Wave“ den nächsten Song daraus zu hören. Kommentiert wird dieser seitens der Band wie folgt:
