Cradle Of Filth-Frontmann Dani Filth ist seiner Band fremdgegangen. In dem Fall ist das aber überhaupt nicht schlimm, denn der Musiker leiht seine Stimme einem Song der Band The 69 Eyes.

Cradle Of Filth-Frontmann macht gemeinsame Sache mit The 69 Eyes

Diese veröffentlichte vergangenen Freitag ihr neues Studioalbum „West End“. Darauf zu finden ist ein Song namens „Two Horns Up“, auf dem Dani Filth zu hören ist.

Den Track haben die Musiker auch noch mit einem passenden Musik-Video versehen. Das könnt ihr euch weiter unten zu Gemüte führen.

The 69 Eyes-Frontmann Jyrki 69, der mit bürgerlichem Namen Jyrki Pekka Emil Linnankivi heißt, kommentierte die Zusammenarbeit wie folgt:

„We’ve been friends with Dani Filth for 25 years and The 69 Eyes did our best-ever and legendary North American tour with them over ten years ago.

We were partying with him on my 50th birthday at Hollywood’s Rainbow Bar & Grill last October and came into conclusion that he should sing some guest vocals on our new album.

It is mind-blowing to have the world’s most recognizable extreme metal vocalist on the opening track on our album. ‘Two Horns Up‘ speaks about today and to everybody!“

Cradle Of Filth selbst haben vor kurzem eine Neuauflage ihres 1998 veröffentlichten Albums „Cruelty And The Beast“ angekündigt. Das erricht uns am 01. November.
