Bullet For My Valentine melden sich mit einer neuen Single zurück. Ja richtig gehört! Obwohl die Herren erst im November 2021 ihr aktuelles selbstbetiteltes Album von der Leine gelassen haben, bescheren sie uns mit „Omen“ brandneue Töne. Und damit ist nicht genug. „Omen“ ist nämlich die erste Auskopplung der Deluxe-Edition ihres siebten Albums „Bullet For My Valentine“.

Neben den bereits bekannten 10 Tracks, wurde die Platte mit fünf neuen Songs erweitert. Die komplette Tracklist liest sich wie folgt:

Das Komplettpaket erreicht uns am 08. Juli 2022. Wie Frontmann Matt Tuck verriet, haben es bei Release einige kreative Songs nicht auf das siebte Album geschafft. Diese sollen stattdessen als eigenständige Singles veröffentlicht werden – ob es sich bei den neuen Tönen um ebendiese Tracks handelt?

Seine komplette Aussage lautet:

„Some of them are quite different and unique. We didn’t want wanna put them on `cause they were curvebally. But they were curvebally enough to have a spotlight on `em post-album. We wanted the album to be a really solid, cohesive body of work from front to back and we didn’t wanna throw too many creative curveballs in the album. We thought it was actually better to keep them off for standalone singles post-record and maybe have some kind of really crazy EP maybe at the end of the cycle, just so people can hear them, so they get the light of day. But, yeah, they’re heavy, they’re interesting, they’re pushing boundaries and they’re super exciting.“
