Ice Nine Kills: Bassist Justin Morrow wechselt zu Motionless In White

Der jüngste Kaderwechsel von Ice Nine Kills und Motionless In White hat beinahe etwas von einem Spielertransfer.

Wie INK mittlerweile auf ihren Socials wissen lassen, habe man sich einvernehmlich von Bassist Justin Morrow getrennt.

Dieser ist nun festes Mitglied von Motionless In White, für die er bereits einige Monate lang am Bass ausgeholfen hat.

In ihrem Statement wünscht die Band Morrow alles erdenklich Beste für seinen weiteren Weg. Böses Blut lässt sich aus den Zeilen glücklicherweise nicht herauslesen.

Als Nachfolger führt die Kombo Joe Occhiuti (Ex-Venetia Fair) an, der bereits an Material für das aktuelle Album „The Silver Scream“ mitgewirkt hat. Komplett neu ist ihm sein frisches Zuhause also nicht mehr.

„Over the last 6 months our bass player, Justin Morrow, has been filling in for Motionless In White. After much consideration, we have mutually decided to part ways and Justin will be moving forward as the bass player for Motionless in White. We are excited for Justin and wish him nothing but the best!

Meanwhile, we are pleased to announce that filling Justin’s shoes will be ex-Venetia Fair member pianist/vocalist, Joe Occhiuti, who co-wrote some of ‘The Silver Scream’ and who has been a part of the extended INK family for many years. Joe brings with him an extensive multi instrument musical background and will not only be taking over bass duties, but will be contributing keys and back-up vocals, breathing even more insanity into the INK live show. We’ll see you on the road all Spring on the ‚March Into Madness‘ and ‚Episode III‘ tours!“
